History
Established in 1926, The Buchan Hotel was named after the famous novelist and politician Governor General John Buchan. Originally housing Vancouver's residents, the Buchan has been transformed into a 3 storey hotel with 61 rooms. The hotel has been privately owned and operated by the same Vancouver family for over 25 years.

Set on a tree-lined street only blocks from the bustling city centre, the Buchan offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere during your stay in Vancouver.
